The Full-Service Wedding Planning package is designed for couples who want expert guidance, thoughtful design, and seamless execution from start to finish, so you can feel supported, organized, and fully present throughout the planning process and on your wedding day.

Investment: $3,400.00
Timeline: 12-24 months

    • Monthly planning meetings, as needed

    • Unlimited email support and check-ins

    • Personalized planning timeline & project management tools

    • Budget guidance and ongoing management

    • Venue research, negotiation, and booking support

    • Vendor sourcing, recommendations, and management

    • RSVP tracking support

    • Collaborative design support

    • Floor plan & layout guidance

    • Seating chart coordination

    • Venue walkthroughs and vendor site visits, as needed

    • Development of a detailed run-of-show itinerary

    • This session is advisory in nature and does not include vendor outreach, contract review, or ongoing planning support

    • Additional planning services may be booked separately if continued support is desired

    • A credit toward the Full-Service Wedding Planning or Wedding Management package may be applied if booked within 30 days of your session

Additional Services | Décor Setup & Takedown

For couples who love the creative part — and want the execution handled with care.

If you are designing your own details (signage, centrepieces, menus, place cards, welcome table styling, etc.) or working with a florist but sourcing the “extras,” this service gives you what you’re missing: hands-on setup and end-of-night teardown, done smoothly and correctly.

You bring the vision and the pieces. I’ll bring the structure, precision, and calm leadership to install it all exactly as planned, and pack it all away at the end of the night.

This is for you if…

  • You are doing DIY décor and don’t want friends/family setting it up

  • You have a florist, but still have personal items and styling elements to place

  • You want your venue to feel finished and intentional, without running around

  • You want your wedding day to start (and end) without logistics on your shoulders

    • On-site setup of client-provided décor items (tablescape details, signage, guestbook/welcome table, card box table, etc.)

    • Styling and placement based on your plan + inspiration photos

    • Coordination with venue access timing and vendor arrivals

    • Ensuring key spaces are photo-ready before guests arrive

    • Returning at the end of the night to take everything down

    • Packing all items back into bins/boxes (as provided)

    • Collecting personal décor pieces and consolidating for pickup (or as arranged with venue)
